You and I are not alone. Wherever this crisis leads, we will all arrive together. We will continue to need each other and to work as if there is no “us and them” – like there ever was such a thing. Allow the time of social distancing and isolation to remind us of just how interconnected we are locally and around the globe.
Gratitude is not all rainbows but if we remember that we find what we seek, we can find something positive in every day. The other night I was grateful that I hadn’t killed my husband and I’m sure he can report the same on his part. We are becoming paragons of restraint.
So, chin up, get creative, be responsible, find the golden nugget in your circumstances.
I invite you to share what you are grateful for and even where you might be struggling. We are here for each other.
Meanwhile I wish you clean hands and virtual elbow taps.
