Do you remember the “Celestine Prophecy?” It was published in 1993 and written by James Redfield. It had a powerful effect on my life. Initially I was annoyed with the prolonged story examples he gave but all these years later, that’s how I remember the lessons.

In the book, Redfield talks about several key things, one of which is the power of envisioning a better way. He talks about sitting or standing in the silence, even when chaos is all around you. In that silence, a better way always presents itself. The solution will not change others. It will not change your circumstances. It will help you find a better way to manage yourself and lead to a better result. That was twenty-six years ago and to this day, that lesson has stuck with me.

Stop. Breathe. Know.

When the chaos around us is in charge, we cannot possibly be successful. When the calm within is in charge, we stand a much better chance of a better outcome. I spend time with many of my clients teaching them how to find the answers in the calm. Whether it is through a psychic reading, connecting with passed loved ones, or taking a profound inward journey with hypnotherapy, my clients tell me things like:

“The answer was there all along and I just didn’t recognize it!”
“That sadness doesn’t belong to me. I’m done taking it on for [another person]”*
“The blockage in my life was me looking backwards instead of forwards. I feel so free now, life flows.”

Stop. Breathe. Know. Ask for help.

If you’d like help tapping into your inner knowing, schedule a time with me and put an end to the chaos. As a reminder, I offer a no-cost consultation call for those considering hypnotherapy.
